Not Happy With Your Private Practice? Engage, Starting Today!

Those who thoroughly engage in building an incredible patient experience continue to do really well in private practice.

Let’s face it, private practice is becoming much more challenging than ever before. Any of us who have been around a private healthcare practice for even a short period of time are simply amazed by the magnitude of changes, rules, and regulations we are now faced with.

It makes no difference whether you accept third-party pay or not.

But yes, even in the midst of all these changes, some practices are doing better than ever before.

Yes, you heard me right—lousy economy, dictatorial regulations, etc. all aside.

Why is this? Experience tells us that those who thoroughly engage in building an incredible patient experience continue to do really well in private practice.

They have chosen to engage themselves in all the details that make other human enterprises far removed from healthcare flourish by applying the very same principles to their private practice.

This is especially true for patients who suffer from chronic pain. The entire world has learned that traditional drug-only approaches to chronic pain have little to offer our private practice patients in the long term.

Yet, better self-care, drug-free options both at home and inside the practice, with special attention towards recovery and independence, may very well be the ticket to private practice prosperity for many years to come.

This is where the smartest private practice owners have reinvented themselves!

Now, I’m not saying this is easy. In fact, too many private practice owners will fail to endorse this approach. Again, it’s a choice—get out of practice, or fully engage!

To do otherwise will be disastrous in years to come.

I wish you the best along your journeys!
